I have forgotten my password/my account details have changed.You can click on the ‘forgot password’ link when logging on; this will send you a reminder of your password and username to your email address which you provided on registration. You can also change your account details at any time by clicking onto ‘My Profile’ when you are logged into your account.
What if my proposal is accepted by more than one investor?
It is up to you to choose a single Investor or multiple Investors to become part of your business. You should seek legal and financial advice from PITCHINDIA’s recommended partners or other professionals.

How is PITCHINDIA different from other investment websites?
It is the first online portal connecting Entrepreneurs in India to Investors worldwide via a direct chat facility. It is also the first service in India to vet Entrepreneurs to ensure they meet the high standards that Investors require to deem a worthy investment. The subscription fee for the Service is much less than other venture capital firms and investment groups.
How do you vet Entrepreneurs?
We have a business team that assesses every Pitch/Proposal submitted by entrepreneurs against PITCHINDIA’s criteria. They provide feedback to the Entrepreneur after assessment which can take 24 hours. If all criteria have been met, they will inform the Entrepreneur that they have passed and the Pitch is immediately submitted to you (the Investor) on the database of Pitches. If our team finds any shortcomings in a Pitch, they will provide the necessary feedback to the Entrepreneur and will only pass the Pitch once the necessary changes or additions have been made and the Pitch is resubmitted.
Is there a membership fee?
Yes, there is an annual membership fee to use the Service. You can choose to pay in US Dollars, GB Pounds or Indian Rupees. The fee is $900, £450 or 3700INR for twelve months subscription.
What is the minimum amount I can invest in a deal?
There is no minimum or maximum amount of money that you must invest in order to join PITCHINDIA. The amounts are determined by the requirements of Entrepreneurs and are most likely to range from $20 000 to $1 000 000.
How is my privacy protected?
This site uses a secure server to assure that no one has access to your business or personal information. Your information is not offered to any third party and any information you enter into the website is guaranteed to be kept confidential. Your business contact details and personal information are hidden from Investors and Entrepreneurs since your only form of communication is through PITCHINDIA’s chat facility whereby you are just known to users by your PITCHINDIA username. It is up to you to give out further contact details to Entrepreneurs or Investors when you wish to meet for discussions to complete a deal which you do so at your own risk.
Will PITCHINDIA tell me what to invest in?
No. We will provide a list of Proposals for each category of Industry for you to choose from. PITCHINDIA’s Pitch criteria has been designed to ensure you have all the information you require from an Entrepreneur to allow you to make an informed investment. The chat facility allows you to obtain any further information you require direct from the Entrepreneur. If the Entrepreneur is a premium subscriber, they will have paid for our business analyst to conduct a brief risk analysis of the proposal. The results of this will be displayed for your information to assist your investment decision. It is your responsibility however, to obtain professional due diligence, legal, investment and financial advice.
How do I contact an entrepreneur if I am keen on their idea?
You will need to click on the ‘contact’ button which is found at the bottom of their Pitch in order to type a message to start an online chat with the Entrepreneur. You can then continue or review your chats on your account homepage each time you sign in to PITCHINDIA.
